We were in Jackson because our daughter had surgery. We drove in from Florida and she drove in from South Bend, In. Although we are used to better hotels, we were impressed with the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to make our stay comfortable. Our room was very clean and cheery. Renovation was basically outside and in the lobby, but once you got on the elevator you could tell the hotel renovation hasn't been really updated. This hotel is absolutely beautiful. I loved everything. Its newly remodeled, Everything is just what I would expect at my home. The staff is the best, very friendly, they treat you like your their favorite guest. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone I know! more
