Don't count on checking in in less than 20 min. Don't expect a friendly person behind the counter either. In the exercise room, half of the equipment is out of order. A city inspector shut down the indoor pool. Wifi doesn't work well at all. So if you're expecting any kind of amenities, this isn't the place for you.

Unfortunately, my previous go to hotel for my weekly stay in Jackson is rapidly going downhill under its new ownership. The previous check in procedure took less than 30 seconds, and now is an interminable affair if there is anyone else ahead of you. I have been assigned rooms with noisy bathroom fans, or ones that have not been made... More

The rooms were clean and nice. The staff were friendly and helpful! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a few issues with the keys not working, but that could have been our fault. I would have enjoyed eggs and bacon for breakfast because, but yogurts and fruit did the job.

We held a conference this weekend. It was great! Staff was very helpful and had all the accommodations we needed! Rooms were large enough for our crowd and room rates affordable. The out of town guests easily found the hotel. It's location is close to many of Jackson's attractions.

Ended up here when my phone said it was. Red roof inn. Great prices, really comfortable bed. The toilet ran all night long and the water in the shower came out orange for the first 20 seconds. The room is clean, the guy at the front desk was nice. Just won't use their water.

I have stayed here numerous times in the past, as Jackson is our midway stopping point when we travel to see relatives in Oklahoma. We stayed here when it was a Holiday Inn years ago. The pool was the biggest let down this time. The kids really look forward to the swim in the indoor pool and I was told... More

My son and I stayed at AllSuites on a trip to Idaho. The rooms were nice, the only problem was no internet anywhere in the hotel. The clerk asked what type phone I had (android) and was told it was not compatible. Other than that we would stay again

Recently while traveling home for the holidays, we took advantage of a new hotel chain in an old building. Built several years ago, this hotel is gorgeous. We got the holiday rate of 44.00/night. They had a breakfast in the mornings, and it was easy to find and easy to get to.

I stopped in jackson on the way back from nashville. I stayed at the Allsuites hotel and my room was very nice and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I told the clerk I want Ed a nice quiet room and she put me on the top floor away from the elevator and ice machine. It took a while for... More
