I stopped in jackson on the way back from nashville. I stayed at the Allsuites hotel and my room was very nice and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I told the clerk I want Ed a nice quiet room and she put me on the top floor away from the elevator and ice machine. It took a while for... More

On arrival, the lobby was large, bright, airy and inviting. The check-in process was easy as we had pre-paid via Hotels.com. Shanita was pleasant and very helpful. We stayed in room 515, a disabled room. It was quite a long walk from the reception desk, on the 5th floor via elevator and down 2 corridors. The room was large. It had... More

This hotel was formerly a Holiday Inn and no it is not an updated hotel, however, it was perfect for what we needed. This hotel has a large atrium and huge rooms. After staying the previous night in the worst Ramada imaginable, we were thrilled with AllSuites. The continental breakfast turned out to have delicious waffles, yogurt, cereal, and pastries... More

My wedding was this past weekend and I really wanted to have my cermony outside but I rented a space at all suites just in case it rained. Luckily it didnt rain for my wedding day and I went back to the hotel to let the manager know and he was very polite and actually cared about the situation. I... More

Out of the 3 rooms 2 had to be changed. One smelled like cigarette smoke and other had roaches. we informed them of changes for our credit card, but we still had charges posted that should not have been. The Wi-Fi did not work well at all. Had to call over 5 times to try to talk with gm but... More

We stopped at this hotel on our family tour of the Southeastern USA. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. It was extremely quiet. The continental breakfast was decent. The yogurt and fruit selection was surprisingly good and the staff was very friendly. It's an older hotel and it is not fancy, but it was perfect for a... More

This is an old Holiday Inn Crown Plaza. Five floors with an surrounded by a old defunct (Closed) bar in the center. Balconies still have plastic ivy from yesteryear. While the rooms are large it still has a smell of old hotels. Carpets need re stretched and rather than using an old room shampooer, They need to have all of... More

We stayed here after another hotel couldn't accommodate my wheelchair. The room was clean and big! I had plenty of room to move around in my power chair. The bathroom was large and easy to get into although I wish there was a walk in shower. Some spots on hall carpet but otherwise well kept. Staff was friendly and the... More

I booked this hotel through hotwire- secret hot rate hotels. I was reluctant to book at a unknown hotel but thought I'd give it a try especially since hotwire listed it as a 3 star hotel. BIG MISTAKE!!. I will never do that again! After booking & finding out name of hotel, I read some reviews and became fearful for... More
