I'm a business traveller and stay in hotels nearly 75% of the year. I can say hands down that this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. My entire team felt very uncomfortable and unsafe at this hotel. Unfortunately, we could not book another hotel because most were full the week we stayed.

The hotel needs a major remodel. The paint inside and out is cracked, stained and peeling. The stairs are rusted and have metal jutting out of the steps. The bathrooms are grimy, the carpet worn and the beds have that curve in the middle from years of use. The pillow cases were unclean and I was literally afraid to sleep under the covers. I didn't even bother with the "hot" breakfast.

One of the rooms my team was in had an issue with the door to the room not shutting. They called the desk and the response was "Don't lock yourself out, it may stick shut." Wow. They finally sent someone up about an hour after the call and it took nearly two hours to... more
