I am from this area and know that there are only 2 hotels in Hendersonville which use hotwire. This hotel is the 3 star hotel and the 2.5 star hotel is the Holiday Inn Express down the street toward Gallatin. So, I always use hotwire to book this hotel and usually get a room for $75 or less a night.... more

We never got to the hotel due to the cancellation of a major soccer tournament. The hotel refused to cancel reservation and charged each of the 12 families 80% of two days. No offer for another night was offered. Many families were in route when the tournament was canceled, when and if there is another major soccer tournament we will... more

I arrived at the hotel at around 4pm on a Saturday. I tried to check in using the check in/out kiosk but it didn't work. After that, I went to check in with the staff and got a room. When I entered the room, the room smelled like fish. I went to go lay on the bed and the smell... more

My husband and I booked our hotel stay while traveling to Hendersonville for a family reunion. We drove for 13 hrs with 3 kids (11, 8, 2 yrs) and called around 1pm to guarentee our room for both a late arrival and adjoining rooms. I was told both were guarenteed and they would look forward to seeing us. We arrived... more

I stayed here for a weekend with my wife. The hotel looks fairly new or renovated and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The room layout reminds me a lot of Amerisuites. Each room comes with a large flat screen TV and free breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for anyone that is looking for a safe choice in... more

Spacious, comfortable and above average for quality. Large bedrooms including 'lounge' area, supersize TV, 'kitchen' area with fridge, sink and coffee machine (which also did a decent cup of tea), bathroom with excellent shower and an extremely comfortable king size bed. Cleaned to excellent standard each day. Buffet style breakfast though could order hot food. Bar with reasonable range of... more

Very nice modern rooms, but like staying at a Starbucks! Kiosk check-in easy but very impersonal at the end of a long day. more

As a road warrior, I really appreciate the new Hyatt Place. I try to stay in them quite frequently if there is one where I am working. I've been to the Nashville area several times in the past few months and stayed at the Hyatt Place near the airport, which was also nice. You really can't go wrong with this... more

My wife wanted to move in and live in this hotel! An exceptionally clean room with nice appointments such as a leather sofa and nice bar area that was easily accessible. HUGE flat-screen LCD tv. The hotel was quiet even though there were LOTS of children staying for a soccer tournament. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We shall definitely... more
