The staff at this location is very friendly and helpful. Additionally, the lobby is beautiful and has a unique car on display - which apparently changes periodically. The rooms are very clean and nicely appointed. Would definitely stay there again. more

We generally have good luck with Holiday inn Express locations, but this hotel was definitely a notch above average. Very clean, very comfortable, nice beds, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Overall a great experience. Business or family aside, it is hard to imagine what might bring one to Hendersonville, but if you do go this hotel is a good choice.... more

We recently stayed here for a weekend visit with family. The lobby is spacious and clean. Check in was a breeze. Our room was clean and well stocked with toiletries and towels. Plenty of wash cloths...pet peeve of mine when only one or two are left. The only complaint about the room was the mini fridge is a mini bar... more

We have stayed at this property several times previously so when we were ready to book our trip thought we would go back. Big mistake on our part! Nice Holiday Inn Express. Nice lobby, room pleasant. Only complaint..we were on 3rd floor and disliked smell of painting as they were refurbishing the entire floor and painting. This property took a credit card for guarantee but was presented another card at check in for payment. After asking three times if the correct card had been charged I was assured yes it had. Only to find out three days later that in fact it had not. I made five phone calls to the hotel to get this straightened... more

The Hendersonville Holiday Inn is one of the better holiday inns, I ever stayed, The rooms are very nice, and the lobby is very nice with classic cars being shown ... The Front desk staff could use some training, took a while to find our reservation.....other than that a beautiful stay....I would return to this hotel anytime. more
