drove from out of state to visited family paid 124.00 for one night. the first room was smelly and could hardly breath went back to front desk and was giving another room. it was better.no hot water to take a shower. will never stay here again. the only positive note is the staff was friendly. the hotel not even worth... I was forced to stay here by the company I worked for from January to November 2014.Otherwise I would have found another place after one night. My husband and I stayed here for the weekend. Looking for a value place to stay while seeing some sights. The room is ok with an older tv, but lots of channels to choose from. Wifi works really well. What good is nice draperies and bed covers when the tub looks like a horse trough? My GOD!!! If you treat your customers like this how do you treat your employees? Shameful, utterly shameful. Did not have my reservation. The ONE good thing is they put us in a downstairs floor. Couldn't wait to get out of here.

Had a week stay here. Bathrooms don't work well, Rooms are OK, TV's circa 1999. Refrigerator froze everything. Tub water handle required Herculean strength to turn on and tub was in state of refinish, between finished and torture. OK, but not Embassy Suites. Breakfast is cereal, OJ and donuts. Coffee also.

My family stayed here for a wedding. The floors were so dirty my kids feet were black. The bathtub was black and had hair all over it that was not ours. When trying to turn on shower the faucet almost came out of the wall

The beds were awful. The non-smoking room smelled like a dirty ashtray. Slept with the chair propped under the door handle because the lock didn't work. Showers - don't even think about it. We felt compromised because when I mentioned the room smelled like cigarettes she said "Oh, we'll get right on it. That happens a lot around here." Yipes.... More

We used a coupon from the hotel book we picked up at the TN welcome Center.Real cheap, now we understand why. The tank on the toilet never filled up on it's own. We had to fill the trashcan with water every time we needed to flush. Not very convenient. We told the desk every single day to no avail. Nice... More
