Stayed here with my famliy while visiting Memphis. The employees were extremely polite and the lobby was very clean. The room size is great and very clean. The breakfast was above average for hotel type food, with hot items included. The coffee was very good and the food selection was also good. A very clean hotel with great employees.

The Hyatt Place Germantown is an excellent facility, nice freindly people, and a classy place to stay if you are ever in the Memphis area. Stayed during a College Baseball trip to see our son. Ive stayed here several times. Staff very friendly. Rooms are always clean and plenty of space. Easy drive to Collierville and several eating establishments in that area. I recommend Hyatt Place if you are in Germantown or Collierville.
