This motel is convenient but that's all it has going for it. It needs a lot of work done to it. I can't tell how clean it was because everything is so old and tired looking. I would try and stay somewhere else if I'm working in franklin again. The staff was very friendly.

I stayed only one night with my boyfriend. First off the door wouldn't unlock, had to get the manager to come unlock it. The room smelled horrible, bathroom was stained and had a huge hole in the wall. The bed sheets were clean though, surprisingly. The door barely closed, it had obviously been kicked in before.

Where to begin... Lets start with the Manager. She is never up front, I am assuming she is asleep all day. Her dogs run around everywhere. She is rude. The rooms... Are completely nasty, blood stains everywhere. When I asked what they were, I was lied too. Toilets, bathtub, bed, etc. were just nasty! The Cleaning Lady should not have... More

After driving all day and 1/2 the night we needed a shower and a bed. The room smelled bad, there were no bath linens and the bathroom was grotesque. When we asked for bath linens they brought us 1 set, when we told them we needed at least one more set, they brought us their personal towel and said they... More

Upon arrival, we checked into our room and saw blood on the sheets. With further inspection, we found bugs crawling around on the sheets and stains all over the sheets and the walls. They were able to transfer us to another room, however, they asked us "if we thought that the first room was rentable to someone else." Obviously, our... More

We checked into our room for the evening and started noticing what appeared to be blood spatter all over the wall in the bathroom and shower curtain. There was also a huge bleach spot on the wall behind the television. We weren't going to leave until we turned the sheets back and then noticed blood on the sheets. The blood... More
