We stayed at this property Oct. 28, 2007. Everything else in the area was booked due to a sporting event. The hotel itself was clean and decent. Rooms were average size. I was flipping through the channels and happened upon a hard porn show - not pay-per-view or "order in" - this was on the regular line-up of cable channels. How shocking! I have to travel to Franklin fairly regularly and will not be staying here again! more

Great location but the staff needs some work. The check-in clerk would not give me my BW frequent traveler points and neither would the clerk at check out, even being rude about it. Continental breakfast was very sparse and room was somewhat dark. Nice quiet room though. more
