I've never stayed in a Drury property before but this was a pleasant surprise. We had previously stayed at Embassy Suites, and that was a disaster. Drury may not be as pretension as Embassy, but the rooms are cleaner, staff is friendlier and more knowledgeable, beds more comfortable, and better food. I do wish the bar tender had asked some... Stayed here during the SEC basketball tourney a couple of weeks ago. First time at a Drury. Pretty typical and comparable to all the other "cookie-cutter" hotel chains. Staff was friendly and helpful. B'fast buffet was probably better than most. I did not attend the Happy hour offering. Rooms were pretty good size with room to spread out. Decor, particularly... We stayed one night on drive back from Spring Break in Florida. Hotel is right off I-65 and conveniently co-located with a decent restaurant (Granite City Brewing Co.) and near a Jamba Juice, First Watch and Buffalo Wild Wings. Staff friendly; rooms clean; indoor outdoor pool and hot tub a plus (though quite crowded when we were there). A small... More

Check in was a breeze, the staff are very kind and accommodating. The breakfast is awesome. The nightly snacks are ok, a little heavy on the carbs. Loved the free drinks and my hubby loved the popcorn! Our room was a spacious queen suite with an awesome view. On first look it seemed clean but there was hair pins and... More

I enjoy staying at Drury Hotels and this was no exception. For the price, it can't be beat! Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and the attached restaurant-Ganite City Bar and Grill was great. When we arrived, our room had not been cleaned and when we told the front desk, they were apologetic and moved us to a new rooma... More

Words cannot express how disappointed I am in this hotel after driving 8 hours, arriving late at night, only to be told that the room I paid for in advance was given away!!! How can this happen? I even called to advise the front desk that I would be arriving late and to please hold my room! I will never... More

Thank you for taking the time to post a TripAdvisor review. I would like to apologize for what happened to you upon your arrival and assure you this is not common practice at any Drury hotel. On rare occasions within our industry we end up in an oversold situation and understand that this is an inconvenience to our guests. Our... More

Many people can tune out flashing lights, and if you are one of those people, you will probably enjoy this hotel. However, I was vividly aware that a small but bright white light was flashing on the smoke detector above the bed every 20 seconds. I could see it flash through my closed eyelids. Had it been steady on, I... More

I am always happy with Drury, but this is one of the better Drury's (in my opinion). We were driving through and wanted to get through Nashville for an easy start the next morning. First, I booked through Priceline (about $30 cheaper than through the hotel) on the go. (What did we ever do without smartphones?!). The hotel was easy... More

When our extended family stays in town, they all swear by the Drury. We always get together during the day and then they rush back to the Drury to have the free dinner/drinks.... with free breakfast as well, it really can make the stay very affordable for our out of town visitors - meals are mostly covered and we just... We had the pleasure of staying at the Drury in Franklin over Presidents Day weekend. The entire staff from Tyler at check-in to the breakfast area to housekeeping were extremely pleasant and helpful. We had to add an additional night so had 2 different reservations and Tyler was able to combine them and save us the hassle of checking in/out.... More
