This hotel was old. Outside entrances with concrete balconies so every time a wheeled suitcase went by you heard thump, thump, thump. The rooms had recently been re-done and were very clean, new marble countertops (kinda like lipstick on a pig because it was still an old hotel.) Unbelievable!!!! Hotel bedsheets and pillows were covered in hair!!!!! Clerk told us we could change them ourselves!!!!! Checked out at 12:45 in the morning with a 9 week old in the snow!!!!!! They still charged our card saying we were there too long before we noticed the HAIR!!!!! EEEEWWWWW!!! Never again! more

Checked in at 11pm and were given a room with a - yuck - a full broken toilet. The staff was obviously aware the toilet was broken since the back was off for repairs. My employer selected this property based on price without regard to location or quality. We had 5 rooms from 5 to 9 days days stay.
