I booked this hotel off Priceline with an express deal, so I didn't know which hotel I was assigned. For a 3 star hotel in Cool springs, it lacks much. Our air conditioning did not work, the beds were hard and for an upscale modern hotel, you could tell things were cheaply made and falling apart. The toilet flush was... More

We stayed at Aloft while in Franklin for a soccer tournament. The staff was kind to our families and patient with the kids during our visit. We had a team breakfast each morning which was nice and the staff keep us stocked with ice for a warm weekend. The lobby is large with a lot of seating in addition to... More

Alas, was the Aloft Aflub? My response to such a charge depends on what aspect of our stay you are asking about. Nashville appeared fully booked on the Thursday and Friday that Jamie W. and I needed a room last month. We found out why we finally made it there: The NRA was holding their annual convention, so all the... More

Nice looking, sleek, modern, hip hotel with nicely appointed rooms. However, I wouldn't stay here again because of three minor problems that resulted in an uncomfortable stay. What's more important than bedding at a hotel? Mattress, sheets and pillows are above average and comfortable, but there's no weight to the comforter/duvet and no blanket. Makes for an uncomfortable sleep. If... More

Stayed here 3x over a period of a year. Love the modern style, love the high speed wifi. Past that, the place just looks beat up. The bathrooms all in need of some maintenance and TLC, the common areas in need of a refresh. The bed is really comfortable and solid, but the pillows were laughable. Might as well been... More

My husband booked this hotel for 4 nights and I had not viewed the pics prior. Had I done so, I'm sure I would have vetoed the choice. Although I prefer a warm and classic/contemporary decor, I also can appreciate a straight contemporary design. However, in a attempt to appear hip, the translation is cheap with a very cold atmosphere.... More

I get this is Starwood's idea for an economical hotel. We ended up here for two nights as there was absolutely nowhere else available in Nashville & while I liked aspects of it, it was in the boonie's & my room was so poorly ventilated that using the air conditioner was essential. It was abnormally loud, like trying to sleep... More

We recently stayed at an Element hotel in NYC and it wasn't great so I was a bit wary at trying another SPG variant that appeared like it may be seeking the same vibe. In summary - the hotel well exceeded our expectations. We were on a driving trip that took us through Nashville and chose this for the convenience... More

I love this hotel albeit the room is smaller but what do you really do in the room? I like that the room had a a view and the tiles in the bathroom are artsy and unique. The hotel had an indoor swimming pool with a cabana, billiard table in the lobby, and they have good choices for snacks and... More

My husband loves this hotel and was excited to take me there to spend the night. I am admittedly attracted to all things urban chic, so I was prepared to be wowed. I loved the lobby area and the availability of snacks late at night. There was definitely a trendy vibe. The room was nice, too, but there were some... More

Dear PastorMom, We are glad you were finally able to experience our hotel with your husband after his raving reviews. Although we’re glad hear you enjoyed our trendy style, social spaces, and comfortable guest rooms, we’re disheartened to hear you did not like our bathroom and amenities. Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us, and... More
