This rooms in this hotel are laid out nice, with a separate sitting area from the bedrooms, however the bathroom layout is very inconvenient. It is nearly impossible to stand in the bathroom and shut the door unless you squeeze between the toilet and the tub. The worst part though, about this hotel was that it was so dirty. Socks... More

Hotel was just "ok." The bathtub "dripped" during entire stay, was irritating. Service was ok, breakfast room was pretty dirty on most mornings. Housekeeping did an adequate job. Not the best, but certainly not the worst. Would stay here again.

The stay at Hyatt Place was very comforting. Checked in late Friday night and was greeted with a smile. Could not walk thru lobby without being greeted and the staff asking if they can help in anyway. Room very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is very dated. It looks due for a renovation. The carpets, furniture look old, but it's clean overall. The rooms do have a sink, coffeemaker, and fridge, but no microwave (what's the point of a kitchenete with no way to heat the food?). The room we had was the king suite with the sofa in the front room. Very spacious and comfortable. The lobby has a small deli/ dinette area with drinks and a few pre-made pastries and salads. The hotel is very near the Cool Springs Galleria and mall.

Great hotel with breakfast, living space, and room to spread out. Nice to have a living area with a couch, wet bar, and fridge. Breakfast is standard and decent. Wish complimentary coffee was available 24/7, but you can purchase. Staff was great and very friendly. Would stay again.

When we arrived we were told that the room we had reserved was no longer available and were given an ADA room. Staff seemed more interested in socializing with each other than being courteous to guests.

The rooms are clean and all suites, living room and separate bedrooms. A desk, couch and refrigerator in living room. A 40" LCD TV that swivels so it can be seen in living room and bedroom. It is in a great area with shopping and dining nearby.

Stayed while on business week of April 14th and the following week. Hotel staff seemed uninterested in guests. One evening 3 staff members danced in the lobby and congregated near the manager's office while guests went unnoticed. The rooms were dirty and in need of major repair.
