Lovely overall experience. Property: Fine, in Cool Springs which is a very new, office park adjacent area. Your basic medium-sized Marriott property. Starbucks in lobby. This hotel is very nice. The staff was extremely friendly and service oriented. At peak times, they have staff members in the lobby area asking if you need anything or any assistance. The room was very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here. More

Nice and clean king bedroom, plenty of room, very clean bath and nice amenities [aromatherapy], nice view. Didn't think it would be a very quiet room because it was so near elevators, but we didn't hear a thing all night. Beautiful hotel and great Christmas decorations. Very friendly staff! More

I stayed here for 2 nights for business purposes. Staff was friendly. Since I didn't have a rental car, the shuttle service was a nice bonus.
