Our stay at the Old Dr. Cox Farm was absolutely one of the warmest welcomes we have ever experienced in our travels. This isn't just a bed & breakfast , it's more of a visit, giving the history of their well preserved home built in the 1800's . Another added touch is being very informative of the surrounding area. Breakfast... More

My girlfriend and I went to visit the Jack Daniels distillery and found this place on their website. We absolutely loved every second of it. From the moment we got there, it felt like we were just guests in Paula and John's house. John let us help feed the cows and told us all about the farm. He is also... More

Our stay here was one of the best we had on our month long tour of America. Our hosts John and Paula were the most delightful couple you could ever meet, and proved American hospitality is hard to beat. We only had one regret. we did not stay longer, the house and amenities were better than the photos can show.... More

My husband and I planned a trip to visit the Jack Daniels distillery and found this bed and breakfast. We have not stayed at a Bed and Breakfast before. We had a fantastic experience! My hubby especially enjoyed visiting with and feeding the cows. John and Paula are amazing! We had a delicious breakfast and enjoyed chatting with them. The... More

At first, my husband and I were a little skeptical about staying at a B & B. But after we arrived and met Paula and John, there was nothing to worry about. They are the nicest couple and we are already trying to plan another trip to head back down and see them. The house was adorable - so quaint... More

The Old Dr. Cox Farm really felt like a home away from home! Located on a beautiful Tennessee countryside, you can truly relax and enjoy yourself. The homestead is both beautiful and historic and the Innkeepers, John and Paula, are as sweet and kind as your own grandparents. They will show you true southern hospitality and their company at breakfast-time... More

My boyfriend and I ventured to Lynchburg for my 24th birthday and stayed with John and Paula in their cozy B&B. I have no regrets or negative things to say! Everything was clean, tidy, welcoming, comfortable, and just felt like home. John and Paula love their home and their life and it shows by the way they welcome you in... More

WHat can I say, the previous reviews say it all....CLEAN...most important and the old home was in good shape....home caning, great conversation....no ghost, but I did take two pictures with my digital camera, but they are no where to be found....my only suggestion, and purely because the area has very limited dining in the evening, would be to incorporate a...
