Perhaps new owners? The bathroom was very clean - as were the bedding and sheets. Air conditioning works. The carpet was freshly installed . . . during the Eisenhower administration. The place is past it's prime. But for $42 a night it is convenient, quiet, acceptable for the budget traveller, and better than camping out in the heat and rain... More
