Despite the numerous non-smoking signs both my wife and I separately noticed a distinct smokey smell in our non-smoking room. Smoking rooms are interspersed with non-smoking rooms. Otherwise, room was OK (not great). Many other hotels in the area to choose from. This Interstate-40 exit (172) is definitely overbuilt. Shop around and bargain for prices. They can't possibly keep this... more

We were back in Dickson for a funeral and choose Econo Lodge again. Our rate was $53 a night for two doubles. You can not beat this place with a rate like that. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was relatively clean and in order. Nothing special, but what else would you expect. The free WiFi was nice.... more

I had to stay in Dickson to visit in-laws. The hotel is situated right off the Interstate with all the other chain hotels. On the outside it looked like the nicest one. I marked it down for cleanliness because there was leftover food and a pair of socks left as a parting gift from the last hotel guest. Pretty disgusting... more

We stayed one night and were so happy to find a place with an indoor pool. The breakfast wasn't as lavish as some other places and the toilet paper and tissues were not top quality but this place was a good value anyway. Used to spending 100 a night for two queen beds, this place was around 70. As a... more

We arrived between 9 to 930 at night. The lobby was very inviting giving the appearance that the entire hotel had been renovated and promising. We were mislead. The price of the room was around average and we were told it was 63.99 plus tax. When we arrived in our room, we were tired since we had been driving all... more

We spent one night at this motel. That was quite enough. We've had several good experiences at Comfort Inns and Suites but this wasn't one of them. I wanted to send emails but the desk clerk told me that the manager had that feature blocked because he didn't want to get any viruses. He sure won't ,from me. The property... more

This hotel recently changed from the comfort inn flag to the econolodge flag, primarily because it is a 2 story and does not have an elevator. We have stayed here about 6 times a year over the last 7 years. it was originally the Dickson Station Inn, then comfort inn just recently econolodge. I would say that it is still... more

The Comfort Inn in Dickson is just off I-40 in Dickson. While I appreciate hotels that don't accommodate pets I was glad to find the Comfort Inn did, for a nominal non-refundable fee of $10. They only allow pets in certain rooms so don't fear pet odor if you have a problem with hotels that allow pets. I assure you,... more

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay...friendly, helpful staff, good contential breakfast, very comfortable beds, with places to eat just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. We stay here about 5 times a year and have never been disappointed. For the money , it's the place to stay when traveling thru. They may be switching their nameto... more

I have stayed at this Comfort Inn in Dickson three times, and have been very satisfied each time. At evening check-in there has always been a friendly person at the desk, not some disinterested drone like I find at other places. The rooms are comfortable and clean, except for mildewed grout between the shower tiles. Entry doors are on an... more
