This is an older hotel, but the stay was quite pleasant. It is nestled in a very scenic area, so it is a nice, out of the way find. John, who seems to be a "one man show" at this hotel, worked very hard to make our stay comfortable.

I was a little leery at first after pulling off of US25 and travelling down a narrow road past a few buildings owned by the Lincoln Medical University. What I found was the great little town of Cumberland Gap. Mike and John owners of the Inn are very friendly and will help in any way to make your stay pleasant,... More

My husband and I stayed here recently when we were in Middlesborough for a wedding. After a horrendous check-in at a hotel in town, we were lucky enough to find this hotel at 1:30 in the morning. The staff was friendly and pleasant, and the rooms were very clean. It was a nice, quaint hotel. I'd definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this quaint and very friendly establishment during the Memorial Day weekend 2015. About twenty of our family members gathered for a family reunion and never expected to be received so wonderfully. The whole experience at the hotel and also the scenic town will certainly bring us back. The staff was professional, kind, gracious and so nice. Thank... More

On a dark and rainy night we decided we couldnt push on any further, we stopped at this Inn. The sign inside said to call the number on the door,...a very friendly man came quickly, and was super pleasant (despite the fact he clearly was awakened by our call) He quickly gave us a room. The rooms are outside rooms,... More

The room at the Inn was clean with some plumbing updates. Not a 5-star site, but at the price for a room, better than many. Two double beds were comfortable. Maybe bring your own pillow, sleeping comfortably was not a problem. Second floor rooms offer a back balcony that overlooks a stream. We had plenty of rain during our stay... More

I have been staying at this Inn for years, I have always had really nice experiences when there. This time however was different. We rented room 115 and we had no internet, and the TV was sparodic, I called the office and was told that there was internet, I could connect but when I opened my browser, I was instantly... More

Wow! What a great place to stay. The rooms are quaint and lovely. The upstair rooms have a little walk out private balcony over looking a little stream. This hotel has very comfortable beds and all the amenities you need when traveling away from home. Mike the owner makes you feel welcome to his establishment. The pinnacle can be seen... More

The choice of hotels in the MIddlesboro-Cumberland Gap area is pretty limited, but we made the right choice in picking this place over the various chains in Middlesboro. The hotel is located in the very small town of Cumbeland Gap, nestled in a valley in the Appalachians on the Tennessee side of the Gap. The hotel is old, but the... More
