Nice place, nice places and nice people. They were were easy to accomodate my requests. No complaints, value/price is well balanced. Yes, hotel is a little old, but so am I, so just call it old time charm. I would love to stay there again if I have the chance.

The room we stayed in looked just like the picture that is already here on tripadvisor. We had a rollaway added for $10 extra - it was bigger than a twin and slept 2 children comfortably. An adult and child could have fit, although I do not know that the adult would be comfortable. That has more to do with... More

My family stayed here 4 nights. We were pleased with the staff, our room & the beautiful little town. Awesome mountain views. Everyone was very helpful & friendly. October 2 - 5, 2015 We had read some not very favorable reviews that left us confused after our stay. The hotel in under new management.

This is not your 5 star resort with all the amenities however the room was clean and the surroundings were beautiful (was blessed by seeing deer frequently during our short stay). The local dog even welcomed us as we checked in!

This is NOT a new, modern hotel but for our purposes is was clean, efficient, place to relax and rest. the beds were comfortable, and enjoyed the rear door opening to a beautiful wooded, creek area. Returning to our room at around 9:00 pm one night we were greeted by four deer grazing outside our room. Nothing fancy, but fit... More

This is an older hotel, but the stay was quite pleasant. It is nestled in a very scenic area, so it is a nice, out of the way find. John, who seems to be a "one man show" at this hotel, worked very hard to make our stay comfortable.

I was a little leery at first after pulling off of US25 and travelling down a narrow road past a few buildings owned by the Lincoln Medical University. What I found was the great little town of Cumberland Gap. Mike and John owners of the Inn are very friendly and will help in any way to make your stay pleasant,... More

My husband and I stayed here recently when we were in Middlesborough for a wedding. After a horrendous check-in at a hotel in town, we were lucky enough to find this hotel at 1:30 in the morning. The staff was friendly and pleasant, and the rooms were very clean. It was a nice, quaint hotel. I'd definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this quaint and very friendly establishment during the Memorial Day weekend 2015. About twenty of our family members gathered for a family reunion and never expected to be received so wonderfully. The whole experience at the hotel and also the scenic town will certainly bring us back. The staff was professional, kind, gracious and so nice. Thank... More

On a dark and rainy night we decided we couldnt push on any further, we stopped at this Inn. The sign inside said to call the number on the door,...a very friendly man came quickly, and was super pleasant (despite the fact he clearly was awakened by our call) He quickly gave us a room. The rooms are outside rooms,... More
