Ah, what can I say about this hotel? I was getting desperate when I booked a room with them, because every other hotel was full and I’d been driving for 13 hours. As far as pros go, it’s easy to find from the interstate, and the guy at the desk was super helpful. Each room has a microwave and a... More

Ok, where do I start? Do I mention the smell of the place, the holes in the walls and doors? What about the roach that I found in my drink can after leaving it on the nightstand for a few hours The smoke alarm that kept going off all nite until we had to unplug it. The continental breakfast that... More

Is there not a health department in Crossville responsible for seeing that places like this are condemned? We had the EXACT experience as DotHeck. Unbelievably nasty. They don't even try at this place... Continental breakfast? Are you serious? Who would eat anything originating from this place. My husband would not even brush his teeth here. And that pool? Straight out... More

Never actually stayed at this hotel but i live in Crossville and this is a known hang out for meth heads. Also a few weeks back on the news a lady stayed here from out of town ,after she layed down on the bed slipped her hand under the pillow and got stuck with a used syringe. This place is disgusting.

First of all I rarely right a bad review. Please, I beg you do not stay here. It was fithly and falling apart. My husband and I booked this room on a Thursday night August 4th for our drive up 127 for the World's longest garage sale. I booked it several weeks prior and it was the only place with... More

You get what you pay for. I was actually surprised by this motel. I was expecting somthing a little worse, but the room was actually clean. The bedding, shower, and toilet were clean and the room did not smell, which are common problems with low budget motels. Now, the paint in the bathroom was peeling off, but that is expected... More

This hotel should be condemed. The lobby is a seperate building, that at one time was probably a gas station, It is very small, the front desk has bullet proof glass, thats what makes it scary, why have bullet proof glass, other hotels dont. There is a small breakfast area, with one table, this is where the free breakfast is... More

There are many expensive motels, almost everywhere, however, when you seek a bargain, look to Americas Best Value Inns. Overall you'll find a good price, location, service and remember, it's partly your attitude that helps make a stay good, even if you stay in the most expensive place you can find. I think you'll find excellent value and reasonable experiences... More

This hotel is by far the worst i've ever stayed in. We had to febreeze the place down first thing. The smell was horrible. The chairs in the room were so dirty i had to ask for extra towels to lay on them in order to sit down. Bathroom door would barely close, it was very dirty, and the fan... More
