Clean room, with fridge, and modern furniture. Very friendly and help front desk staff. Plenty of outside restaurants within a short drive, with a mall across the street. We were very tired, ate dinner and went to bed. The free breakfast was buffet style and very good with a large variety of food.

Excellent staff: very helpful when I checked in. Great complimentary breakfast - like none other I've ever had - and an authentic Indian restaurant to boot. What a gem to find in this part of Tennessee.

I stayed at this Hotel this week. Upon arriving, I noticed a commanding presence of the hotel on the corner, beside Duncan doughnuts. This was on a Sunday so I parked in front and waited in line with several people as the young lady who was very kind, patient but a bit over whelmed helped us check in. It seemed... More

I would like to extend my sincerest apologizes for any inconvenience and discomfort that we caused. I realize how frustrating it must be to have keys not working after a lng day of traveling and that it is below your standards. Thank you for your feedback and we hope to see you again soon. More

This is clearly an older hotel that has seen better days and could use some updating. It felt old and smelled a bit musty. The rooms were mostly clean, but the cleaning staff could have done a lot better job. The wi-fi was terrible because we could never connect any of our devices and had to go use the computer... More

Just passing thru and needed a room for a night. Wow! This place is quiet and very affordable. Easy to find right off I-40 and close to everything. Room was clean and service was great. Check-in was smooth and fast!

Great staff! The facility is an old Holidome, and has been recently painted, but could still use some new carpet and paint on the room doors. Very reasonable prices, easy access to the interstate, plenty of places to eat in the vicinity. Kid friendly.

This is an older hotel which is a little dated, but pleasant service, in house restaurant, and executive rooms make this a really nice deal. The front staff was very attentive and made us, as Choice Hotel diamond members, feel special. Not all of the Choice hotels recognize their diamond members. We will definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at Clarion Inn. Ms. Cynthia Yoko and Shown Lee were very sweet and helpful. Especially Ms. Lee. Very lively woman and excellent employee. The Clarion Inn is very lucky to have both women working for them.

Had black mold in bathroom, no fixtures on plugins, had microwave but had to unplug tv or refrigerator to use it, pool was freezing cold, hot tub was dirty. Bar next door was decent just not my cup of tea.
