I made the mistake of waiting until I got into town to book a hotel. Unfortunately rooms were very scarce and I was limited to 3 hotels. I cross-referenced with the bedbug sight and eliminated one immediately. I decided on Key West so I drove up to it before booking. It looks great from the outside so I booked with... More

room filthy. Was a non smoking room and smelled like cigarettes. Noisy all night. 2 people one set of towels for both of us. The bed was so hard, we could not sleep. The walls had dirt all over. Charged us 76.00 for 1 night.

Price is not up to the room. I live on the East side of North Carolina and am MOD of a hotel there. We charge $55.00 a night with all new up grades. New TV's, new comforters, everything new. This Keywest hotel is very noisy, cheap amenities, half the pillow cases are gone, only pillow covers. No new TV's [A... More

Rooms were clean. Cold AC. Strong water pressure. breakfast was horrendous, old milk. Stale food. Good location. Friendly staff. Affordable. Working tv. Quiet. Only 2 towels for a king size room. Didn't smell smoke, room smelled fresh, no overbearing scent.

Room was clean. It is a Older motel. There is a Busy street nearby. The Beds are very firm. Free Continental breakfast provided - gone by 10 am on weekdays. It is Basic accommodations. The Price was agreeable to me. Would stay again when looking for basic room for just sleeping one night. Look for coupon at rest stops.

We only stayed one night, and actually chose the Key West Inn because of it's location more than any other reason. When we checked in the air freshener/cleaner used in the room was OVERPOWERING.. I left the door open for almost an hour trying to get the overwhelming smell out. I did not do an inventory of the room and... More

I was initially attracted to this place based on the novelty of a Key West-themed hotel in nowheresville, Tennessee. The price was good and the staff were really friendly, but unfortunately it was definitely a budget stopover -- I don't think I would stay here again. The beds were about as comfortable as sleeping on a wooden plank. The room... More

I had to pull out the bedside tables to look for a place to plug in our C-PAP machines. Yuck! It was so nasty & hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. There was a huge burn on the bedspread and the bed slopped to the middle badly. Kind of a creepy atmosphere overall.

This will be the 6th time we have stayed at this Inn over the past 3 years. We come into Cookeville 2 to 3 times a year from Missouri to see family. We have always been satisfied with rooms dye to the cheap price, but this time we felt we overpaid. Let's start with the huge patch on the wall... More

Just what I wanted! Comfy, cheap, clean, convenient. Was taking child to university. Needed overnight place. Close to college and interstate plus restaurants. It was quiet on second floor room. Non smoking room. No smells of mold mildew pets or smokers. Slept great. Plan to stay there regularly for next four years. Breakfast could be improved with oranges or apples.... More
