“Great Stay”

Had the greatest stay at the Courtyard Collierville. Rooms nice and clean, staff wonderful and the restaurant excellent. While I went through thier buffet which had a lot to choose from my husband ordered from the menu. I will be returning and telling all my friends and family where to stay.

“Wonderful Hotel”

We have just lef.t after 3 weeks at this hotel. The staff could not have been more gracious. The breakfast was very good, my husband especially liked the omelets that were prepared to his specifications each day. The Carriage Crossing adjacent to the hotel offered some very nice stores and restaurants. We will return

Marriott thought should be a better hotel then most. No free breakfast $10.00 buffett that had the same food items as a Comfort Suites only the Comfort breakfast was included in the price of the room. “Clean, Safe”

Of all the places I've stayed in the Memphis area, this area feels safest. The rooms are clean and well maintained. However, the walls are very thin. And while it's strange that none of the outlets on the lights work, the other outlets work so it doesn't really matter. WiFi didn't work during one of my stays.

“Creaky - older than it is”

Wow looked nice but floors creaked (particularly annoying was the guy above me who walked back and forth). In addition most of the outlets on the lights didn't work. Pricey for a beat up property. Not one I would stay at again. I much prefer the Marriott on thousand oak
