I booked and prepaid a suite 2 months in advance thru Expedia - drove two days to get there - on arrival was told they didn't care if I had a reservation or not, they didn't have a room. I called Expedia on my cell and was put on hold while the rep called the desk clerk, who, as soon... more

The Motel looks great from the front and the hotel staff is friendly on check-in. They have a no refund policy which should have warned me to ask to see the room. After obtaining our key and driving around to the rear of the property and seeing the trash in the parking lot, i began to wonder. Traveling with a... more

This has to be the nastiest, dirtiest, and filthiest hotel I have ever been in. I walked into the room and there was trash and garbage on the floor. I pullled down the sheets and found stains on the sheets, mattress and pillows. I pulled them down further and found a dead Roach. When I tried to get a refund... more

I have never in my entire 53 years stayed in such a slimy dump. There are not enough adjectives in the English or any other language to describe the overwhelming filthy conditions of the rooms and length of the "guest services"...excuse me while I laugh at that one. Where do I start. Air conditioning over the door actually worked -occasionally,... more

I checked into the hotel around 2pm, however I did not go to the room until an hour and a half later. Me and my daughter got close to the room saw 1 room with no lock on it and the bed wasn't made. As I got to my room I didn't even go in ,the tables were broke, the... more

My company booked my stay here for a week thru [--] without checking tripadvisor.com first. This place is HORRIBLE. First off They paid $49 when there is a big sign out front that says all regular rooms $29.99 a night. Upon checking in a female clerk met me at the counter. She was wearing a dirty white tank top and... more

I have stayed at several hotels in my life time but I have never ever been as shocked by the sight of a place as I was of this one. The room was dirty, it smelled and it was obvious that prostitution was going on. To make matters worse my grandchildren were with me and this caused a horrible experience... more

Upon checking in we went to the room only to find it repulsive. I entered the room about 2 feet and my wife declined to enter. We immediatly went back to the front desk and requested return of the credit card pre auth. We were advised we could not be provided with it and the card would not be run.... more

Horrible!! I booked the so called "suite" at the total price of $93 (tax included) through hotels. and had to RUN away after seeing the rooms. First of all, the "suite" turned out to be a set of two connected rooms with strange smell inside, very old A/Cs one of which was not operable (with the T= 96 F outside... more
