Enjoyed staying here one night in February on business. Check in was easy. The lobby is nice, inviting, and has a full bar. In the morning they serve Starbucks and some decent breakfast fare. The room was clean and well lit, with light switches everywhere. The desk and chair were well accomodating for getting work done, and the internet was... More

Love the new lobby's I'm seeing at Courtyards across the country, very engaging, nice places to work. Room 324 looked brand new, clean as a model home. Nice retail and restaurants within walking distance. Wifi down when I was there, oh well thankful for cellular data plan.

I spent a couple of days at the Courtyard Clarksville. I was not expecting to be impressed, but I was! I was greeted warmly by the staff when I walked in.The room I was given was very nice! It was bigger than I thought it would be. I had stayed at the Peabody in Memphis the night before, and my... More

The hotel was not full as we stayed on Christmas Eve. We drove all day to get in late that night. We weren't meeting with our family til lunch and checkout was at noon. They gave us a room next to the ice machine, elevator, and housekeeping linen closet, which was opened numerous times. We wanted to sleep in since... More

Nobody ever wants to see the words "Nothing Special" on a guest review. Having discussed your concerns with you, though, I absolutely understand why you felt the way you did. You and your husband were unnecessarily inconvenienced ... and my staff failed to meet critical service standards. I take complete responsibility for that!!! I am glad we were able to... More

Well done! That's really all I want to say about this hotel but it deserves a dissertation. The staff are excellent and seem to get along extremely well. Case in point, they were having a really great time reading what was obviously a mandatory notice from corporate at the front desk while we were eating across the lobby. Everyone was... More

Stayed here for the second time in December when we were in the area for a graduation at APSU. Only 10 minutes or so from campus depending on traffic. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity and right at the interstate. The hotel was clean and up to date and the staff very friendly and accommodating. We will be glad to... More

We have stayed her twice and each time the staff has been helpful and friendly. The property is close to restaurants and the interstate. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the university, too, unless there is lots of traffic. Traffic can be a problem in Clarksville when the military folks are in town on leaves and such. Anyway,... We stopped in Clarksville on a road trip south for Thanksgiving. We often choose Courtyards as we know what to expect and this property was no different. The check-in process was smooth and even though I hadn't booked with it, the staff quickly looked up my Marriott gold number. The room was comfortable and clean, the water was hot, and... More

The walls are paper thin. Though we were next to a stairwell, we heard running water from next door, conversations were plainly audible. I checked us in and the young man on duty was in such a rush to return to his conversation with the young lady also on duty that he didn't inquire if I was a Marriott Rewards... More

Recently stayed at this hotel for a leisure visit to Clarksville, TN. I have stayed at Courtyards before so I had certain expectations. The hotel lobby was nice and I was pleased to find out that the bistro was open 24 hours. My biggest disappointment was inside the room. There was what appeared to be a huge stain on the... More
