We figured a Ramada was a decent, well known chain and decided to give it a try. We had a travelers coupon for $69 but there was a $10 fee for June or July. The front desk clerk was rude and abrupt with me, only saying as little as possible and never seemed friendly or welcoming. Our room was "newly... More

This was a very affordable place for us with our AAA discount, and especially after we had been driving already over 9.5 hours and just needed to lay down and rest, we were given a great room very quiet and relaxing and the area is very well lit all around the whole area of the hotel, overall a very nice... The first room we were put is smelled like there were dirty baby diapers hidden under the beds but the staff was nice and moved us to another room. The heated indoor pool was a nice addition. At 104 dollars I felt it was extremely overrated and priced.Should have stayed at the super 8 next door.

WE are a couple in our 60's and were afraid to stay here after the reviews but maybe they workedd to our advantage. I checked out the room prior to staying and it was clean, even pulling back the bedcovers to check. Soft sheets, clean bathroom and nice staff. Great pool area and it was quiet all night even though... More

I've read all the reviews and my room wasn't that bad. I didn't use the pool so I can't comment on that, but the bathrooms were very dirty. The room itself was clean, but the bathrooms rated at slum lord level. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

We were traveling late one night and had to stop to rest as we have two small children. We were so tired and this was the first place we stopped...mistake! The back of the hotel is dark and creepy, you do not get a feeling of safety at all! It was not very clean.... AND TO TOP IT ALL.....I feel... More

We were driving home from Florida and figured this would be a great place to stop. A name like Ramada, we figured it would be nice. We called the 1-800 number provided to check what the check out time was. We were told NOON. I verified this numerous times, as that was the deciding factor for us. The man on... More

After reading through the reviews here on TripAdvisor, I was leary of ALL the hotels in the Chattanooga area. Various reviews said horrible things about most all of them. But the weather was below freezing, and camping was out of the question for me, so with some fear, I book with the Ramada Inn. Things turned out wonderfully. The stay... More
