"Managment" ran my Visa card a total of 17 times AFTER they had already received payment for the rooms. Horrible customer service....Housekeeping was knocking on the door at 9:00am when checkout was not until noon. And we had no water when we checked in....and the bathroom had not been cleaned. Won't stay here again....way overpriced for the service and size... more

My wife and I and our 5 yr old son stayed at the Doubletree Hotel in downtown Chattanooga on July 2 and 3. As stated in other reviews, the hotel staff was always friendly and willing to help. We found the hotel to be clean and very comfortable. Checkin was a breeze and they have a secure parking lot which... more

We traveled to this hotel on June 21 and ending up staying until June 24. En route to Chattanooga we experienced car trouble - air conditioning died! The staff went out of their way to help us from having a maintenance person look at our car within minutes of checking it to finding a nearby garage where our car could... more

I traveled Memorial Day weekend with my daughter to Chattanooga. In years past we stayed at the hotel when it was a Clarion. Let me tell you, the renovation is fabulous. We had a king room on the 5th floor. The down pillows and blankets are to die for. They have Wolfgang Puck coffee in the room, a comfortable chair... more

Overall, we had a great stay at the Doubletree last weekend. Location is incredible! Just one block from the Discovery Museum and within walking distance of the Aquarium as well. We booked a king suite w/whirlpool for our family of four and felt like we had plenty of room to stretch out. The staff was the friendliest I've ever seen.... more

When choosing a hotel, Doubletrees are not my first option. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and friendliness of this hotel. This hotel has gone through a major renovation (or at least I assume that - the outside of the hotel does not match the quality inside). Everything is very new, very clean. There wasn't one time that I... more

I just returned from a stay in Chattanooga in one of the "most customer service oriented" hotels that I have EVER stayed in. It's rare nowadays to receive continuous smiles, welcomes, hellos at any business once the initial transaction is completed. Not at the Doubletree Chattanooga. The customer service was constant, consistent, and most of all sincere and alive and... more

New, clean, modern rooms. Loved the walk in shower with glass door (no icky, mildewy shower curtain). Fitness room was small but adequate and had new, fully functional equipment -- 3 treadmills, 3 eliptical machines, 1 stationary bike, and free weights, if I remember correctly. A sign in the fitness room said to ask for complimentary head phones for individual... more

We booked a three-night getaway at the Chattanooga Doubletree over Christmas holidays based on our very positive experiences at Hilton properties as well as our commitment to the Hilton brands as HHonors members. What a mistake it turned out to be! This Doubletree hotel is new and boy does it show. As a Christmas gift to ourselves, my wife and... more
