The Double Tree in Chattanooga was an excellent choice for accommodations. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet. Best of all, the bed was everything you expect when staying in this family of hotels. Oh - and the cookie was warm and delicious as always.

We were in the middle of some renovations at our home. We wanted my husband's parents and sister to be comfortable during their visit. We were very happy with the hotel, the accommodations, friendliness and level of service provided by the front desk staff.

I stayed here for work and have another stay planned for next month at this hotel. I worry about DoubleTrees in general after a really bad experience in San Diego, but this one is nice. I recently stayed at the Doubletree during a conference. Everything was wonderful. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The meeting rooms and guest rooms were very clean. The location is great. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall, this is a great place to stay in Chattanooga. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located downtown. The only two complaints I have are that parking is limited and staff forgot to give us some famous double tree cookies. :-(

There are most probably a few choices in Chattanooga downtown, but its the second time I stayed there and the standard is definitly high. The costumer is really important for the staff. Stayed here for a bachelor party. Great location, right downtown. Price of room as good. Looks like rooms had recently been upgraded. Comfortable beds and nice very clean. Would stay there again. Only thing I wasn't a fan of was the $8 self parking or $12 valet option. That should be included in price of room.
