If you've never been to the Bluff View Art District you are missing a little piece of Europe in Chattanooga TN. Bluff View Inn offers wonderful accommodations and three great restaurants are at your doorstep. My friends and I stayed in the Martin House in beautiful, spacious rooms with a large balcony overlooking the Tennessee River. All within walking distance... more

My fiancée and I stayed at this B&B (McClelland house) to get away from it all after the holidays and had super time. Location and discrete charm are the key features of the place. The house – circa 1989—is overall well-kept and decorated with refined taste, respecting the original features of the house and its character. Rooms and bathrooms are... more

Stay Here.... it's a lovely B&B in a very cozy neighborhood where you can walk everywhere. It has a total Eurpoean feel. We stayed in the Thompson House in a very inexpensive room. It was 130 a night.... Full bed which was fine for me and my husband (were not very tall). If you need a bigger bed they have... more

June 1, 2008. Nice B & B. Tad pricey, but in line with other places in the downtown/bluff view arts district area. Great views of the river; everthing within walking distance. Would definitely go back. more

This is a wonderful place to stay. It has quite a bit of ambience, is in the best location, and is walking distance from a number of venues. There is alot to do if you want to be busy, but it is just as easy to sit back and relax on the front porch. We stayed at the Thompson House... more

The Inn is in the Art District which is in a great spot on the bluff of the river. The rooms have great views and the breakfast is outstanding. Tony's restaurant is just steps away with great atmosphere... more

The resturant is overprices and not very good, but the ambiance is quite nice. Rooms above the restaurant are very loud, very early in the morning when breakfast is being prepared and very late at night when they are finishing up dinner. It's a good location, walking distance to the Hunter Museum of American Art and the Tennesseee Aquarium. But... more

This is a perfect location to stay in Chattanooga. It's within walking distance of all attractions -- Aquarium, Creative Discovery Museum, IMAX, Hunter American Art Museum, Coolidge Park, and LOTS of great restaurants! This was our first stay in the Bluff District area (May 29-30, 2005). There were 3 of us and we had two rooms -- one with a... more
