We stayed here for 2 nights while we were moving our son into UT Chattanooga which is right next door. From the moment we walked in we were greeting with very friendly service, treated just like guests in their home. Check in was very quick, but we had time to grab lemonade and cookies while we got a tour of... More

Cindi and I would like to thank you for the kind remarks. Also, we would like to thank all of the reviewers who have honored our establishment with great reviews over the years. It seems we tend to respond to the negative ones and fail to honor the guests who take the time to reward us in writing for having... More

My wife and I spent two days at the mansion and loved the place. Located in a quite area, close to the college and river walk area. Also lookout mountain is easy to get too if you are so inclined. Mayor's Mansion is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting out on the porch. Breakfast the first morning was Quiche that was... More

It was the attentiveness of the staff that impressed me when we stayed 2 nights at the Mayor's Mansion Inn. This Bed & Breakfast also had a lovely breakfast which included a breakfast dessert. Besides a lovely front porch, there were several common rooms where you could sit and relax.

My husband and I stayed a night at Mayor's Mansion for my birthday. It was a wonderful experience. This was the first time we have stayed at a B and B. From the moment we walked in the door till we left the next day, the service was impeccable. The people working were so helpful and kind. The house is... More

We enjoyed our stay very much. My husband and I rarely get a chance to get away. We read about the Mayors Mansion and wanted to find out if the reviews were true. Our room was large and comfortable. All our needs were met. The staff were wonderful and took very good care of us. We met some friendly guests... More

We decided on short notice to take an overnight trip for our anniversary. We're only a short drive away, and prefer the B&B experience to the standard hotel stay for special occasions. From our initial contact via email to our departure, the experience here was top-notch. We were afforded the room we requested, and several communications after the reservation were... More

We stayed here for a night before the 4th of July. The house is gorgeous - as are the grounds. Our room was on the first floor - it was nice but my only complaint would be you can hear people rustling around in the kitchen in the morning. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were all very friendly... More

From the moment we arrived at the Mayor's Mansion Inn, we were made to feel at home. The young people who are on staff are "people people" -- friendly, informative and obviously enjoying what they are doing. We were greeted warmly and given a tour of the downstairs of this lovely historic property (built by the mayor in 1889) and... More

We decided to spend two nights here and I would have stayed longer. The house is well taken care of and staff are friendly and informative. I chose this house and room because it advertised 300 gallon tub. It did not disappoint and neither did the bed and linens. I even bought a set of the sheets because they are... More

Great hospitality, great food, warm atmosphere, lovely rooms, great staff, a relaxing, c harming place to stay. Every room has an unique décor and is lovely. Beds are great with luxurious linens and many little extra touches, bottle water, candy on the pillows, evening snacks and a wonderful porch to relax on.
