The hotel is a great value in a not so great area. They went the extra mile to help make my business stay as comfortable as possible. The family that owns the place arranged transportation for me to and from my job location. My room was clean and cleaned daily. I stayed at another hotel in the area that was... More

I am a trucker from out of state. I was involved in an accident and was recommended to this hotel by a nearby business. The hotel needs torn down...let's begin here. Secondly, it was filthy!!! I was afraid to touch anything. I have a sleeping disorder and woke up at 12:09pm one hour after checkout. Banging on my door, speaking... More

Even though this hotel was within 1/4 mile from my destination I will Never stay here again. I was told one price and it changed by $50 upon check in, my room was a smoking room, I was put in the back of the hotel (where long term guests stay) because I had dogs. Carpet was gross, bed was worse... More

Even though this motel was less than a quarter mile from my destination, I will absolutely NEVER stay here again. I did an online booking which was a total of $92.00 and when I got there it was $147.00. I was charged for my dog to stay inside my vehicle overnight, even though I repeatedly explained to the man at... More

Stayed one night here on our way to 'smokey mountains'. Found the hotel overall pleasant enough, everything worked and all amenities were found as advertised (except the pool was closed!) We left there feeling quite happy, however when we received our credit card statement, found we had been charged for an extra night? This was NOT an error, the 'extra... More

booked 3 nights at this hotel. knew it would not be 4 star, but if you want to stay in business make the rooms and lobby not look like something out of the movie Psycho. drove in and did not look bad from the front. got in to the lobby and looked and smelled like 40 year old hotel. first... More

The other reviews of this hotel are somewhat baffling to me (or perhaps I just got the best room in the joint?). I stayed here on a Saturday night. I was just passing through on a drive to Tampa from Chicago, with Chattanooga being halfway. For my $60/night rate: both my room and bathroom were clean, my bed was comfy,... More
