The breakfast will bring me back! I've never had scrambled eggs at a restaurant done as they should be! The menu for dinner sounded fabulous but we were too full from lunch to have dinner - a sad state of affairs! The delivery man at 6AM below our window wasn't great but the soft bed and soft linens/towels made up... More

I stayed one night as a walk in and I enjoyed everything about the hotel from the staff to the decor .I would definitely stay there again because of the location to the restaurants and bars .the restaurant that is inside the hotel has very good food .the pickle barrel is one block away from the hotel which is a... We saw the advertisement that this had been completely renovated but if this is a renovation, give me NEW, if we had not paid for this hotel in advance, which they make you do, I would have left as soon as we got to our room. The price is ridiculous for having a air conditioning unit that barely works in... More

Thank you for your feedback. We love it when people say they want to return, but we also want to hear about it whenever a guest feels that our hotel did not live up to their expectations. We regret that you did not feel entirely comfortable in your room. Summers in the Deep South do normally involve heat and humidity... More

We stayed one night as a halfway stop on our way to NW Alabama. After 700 miles, unexpectedly, a minute before the Inn our two week old F150 has a blow out, losing air we drifted into the small lot next to the place. Decided to take care of it the next morning and the concierge, James, had an address... More

My husband and I stayed here for our 2 year anniversary and we absolutely loved it!! Check in was easy and the lady at the front was super kind and helpful. We did the turn down package and loved the rose bath! The bed was huge and amazingly comfortable! This hotel has a old southern look to it that is... More

My wife and I stayed here for our 2 years anniversary weekend. Upon arrival we found that they had booked us for the wrong room and gave us a queen suite instead a king suite. The room itself was unimpressing. While it gives the impression of being antique furniture, you could see the spots where the paint was missed on... More

Quaint old hotel that has been outfitted to modern specs without losing its antique charm! We planned a 70th birthday party doe my mother from out of state. L'Erin was perfect with her coordination of the event, down to the last details! The food was fantastic with the chef making some delicious vegetarian options to accommodate our party. Nickolas tended... More

We stopped here for 2 nights during our road trip of the South . On arrival (we had not booked) the girls front of house were very helpful I must say , we got booked in and used the free bus service to get to the Downtown area. The problems I found were some rather noisy pipe work which kept... More

Scott, first of all, thank you for staying with us at StoneFort Inn during your road trip in America and for your feedback. We're glad that you met one of our employees on the free electric shuttle and he was nice enough to walk you to the hotel. We are terribly sorry to hear that someone broke into your car.... More

While on a Bed and Breakfast driving tour, my husband and I were hard-pressed to find places for only 1 night on any week-end. We were very lucky to find the Stone Fort Inn in Chatanooga on a Friday. Although in the city, they had free parking and a very nice, free Friday Happy Hour (pleasant wine, cheese, crackers and... More

Lovely room- even though we could not get the fireplace to work! Amazing breakfast and very helpful staff especially Harrington! Free valet parking ! Gourmet restaurant attached which looked wonderful but chose to eat at St Johns a few blocks away for a memorable meal!
