This motel was conveniently located off I-24 but that is all the merit it gets. Both rooms rented were filthy and the receptionist was colder than ice. Staff was rude. Got charged twice for same rooms. Customer service to get the issue resolved was terrible. I got a computerized reply to my complaint that stated that I would receive a real reply within 15 days. The rooms were in fair condition. more
