No wi-fi. Beds are terrible and squeaky and had the wonderful experience of having our toilet repaired at 11:30 pm. Hotel graciously offered to comp our parking! Never again!

From the moment we pulled up, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the restaurants were very nice. The hotel felt a little off the beaten path, but we enjoyed walking around and the city and exploring.

The Chattanoogan is a very attractive hotel about 5 blocks from the thriving downtown area. The first night we were there they were doing some boiler repairs and we were greeted with a letter from the manager explaining that hot water would be unavailable from 11pm to 5am. We stayed two nights- first trip to Chattanooga. The hotel has a lovely lobby but that's pretty much it. Our room itself had newer furniture but already pieces were damaged. My stay at this hotel was excellent. Very good customer service. If I travel back to Chattanooga, this is the hotel I would choose for my stay.

A hotel I would go back to again. Close to everything Friendly staff. Broad Street Grille is inside Hotel and should be visited, dinners are exceptional.
