We gave a cash deposit upon check in. We were told by the front desk staff that it was just to make sure no one smoked in the room. "Oh, you'll get it back." she said. We stayed for one night, ordered in pizza b/c there wasn't much to see right where we were staying. My two year old wiped... more

Check in very easy with reservation. Desk clerk helpful with restaurant to deliver. Clean spacious room, new style beds and linens. Small area to walk dogs next to parking lot, not fenced in. Less than 1 mile to dog park that is completely fenced in. more

Never again!

I arrived at the hotel after 10pm, and had to park quite a distance from the only entrance. After providing my name & cc, I was given my key. I wasn't told where my room was located, about breakfast, nothing. I did ask about parking, and then was told about the elevators, and that my room was half way down... more

This La Quinta was clean, had great service, nice large rooms and was centrally located in between all the attractions that chattanooga has to offer and close to I-24. When we walked up to the desk in the lobby the woman behind the desk was on the phone with another customer, but we did not have to wait long for... more

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were large and so clean. The beds were nice and comfy. The staff was wonderful. Our hostess called the room to see if everything was ok and asked if we needed anything. There was a fridge, microwave, ironing board, coffee pot, and hair dryer. The pool area was really nice though we didn't... more

We stopped over one night. The entire hotel appeared to have been recently redecorated. Even the elevators smelled fresh and the floors of the elevators were clean. Our room was well maintained and clean. There’s little within walking distance of the hotel. Apparently, this area is a former industrial area that is still being redeveloped. The hotel staff was very... more

We chose this motel because it was pet friendly, offered a complimentary breakfast and had both a refrigerator and microwave in each room. After a long day's drive, it was very nice to be greeted by a friendly front desk employee. During our two night stay, we had a health issue and the staff was quick to help us, including... more

Kind of a surprise of a hotel. Nice rooms, clean alright beds except the bed frame was very loose and as adults it’s not too hard to figure out why. Someone has had ALOT of fun in that bed. La Quinta likes travelers with pets and they have a dog run. The front desk new very little about the city... more

I think this La Quinta was a nice, clean, friendly, cheap hotel. It was not the best place I have stayed, but for the price we paid it was a great deal. The breakfast provided was good and there was plenty of room to sit and take our time to eat. The only problem we had in the room was... more

We stayed here for three days two nights and it was fine. It is right off the highway ( exit 178 I think ) and located 5 minutes away from the Aquarium and ten or fifteen from the other sights we wanted to see ( Lookout Mountain, Ruby Falls, Incline Railway, etc.. ) The room was spacious and clean and... more
