This hotel is very old, it seems like nothing has been updated in it, including carpeting, in many years. Even though the hotel maybe wasn't very dirty, it wasn't clean enough either. Regardless of the cleaning issue, many parts of the room are beyond a state where cleaning would suffice. So, even if these people all of a sudden started... more

The hotel might look nice on the outside...But inside,it is ridiculous. Can you believe the shower curtain was covered IN FUNGUS/MOLD/MILDEW? Disgusting right? The crappy carpet looked like it was imported from China. The one thing I did love was the breakfast, hot and delicious Southern style.Great if you want that cheap, cheap place to stay, terrible if you want upscale comfort... more

This is one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. Furniture in the lobby was ripped. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. The tub was so stained we didn't even use it. The room was dirty as well as the lobby and halls. We did not eat the breakfast as the place was so dirty we could not... more

We arrived at night on the 1st, and could tell the landscape and the surrroundings wasn't being cleaned. Check- in went well, and we were received with a warm welcome. We had a reservation and were given a room with 2 beds as I requested. The room was dirty. You could see all the dirt built up in the corners.... more

Older property in very fine condition. Desk clerk was very friendly. Very clean establishment. Room much better than expected. Excercise room O.K. (one treadmill, one stair-stepper, 4 stationary bicycles). Breakfast was hot and better than most. Very convenient to I75/I24. Only complaint (by wife) was that the WiFi system required you to sign on each time you logged on. All... more

I've stayed at this hotel several times over the years because of the proximity to my relatives that live in town & I will say that the customer service of the hotel has declined dramatically. The front desk associates are down right rude. I was ignored for over 15 minutes by the pair working at the front desk. They even... more

We drove from Georgia to enjoy a weekend of Family Reunion. We drove up to the hotel, outside front was nice and clean. Then we drove around back to find broken glass in the parking lot . Check in area and lobby was nice and clean. Once we got to the hallway where the room was located it went down... more

My family just returned from a 2-night stay in this hotel. I called a few days before our arrival to confirm checkin time at 2:00. We arrived at the hotel at 3:30 and the room was not ready. After a long drive, we were tired and wanted to rest and unpack. We waited 30 minutes til it was ready. Other... more

I never stayed at this hotel however, I called this morning looking for a meeting room to book for a training class my company is holding. I worked at a hotel close to this one for four years so I know how you are to deal with customers. When I called Walter, I guess at the front desk, answered the... more

Our family stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites Conference Center for 1 night during a long weekend to Chattanooga. All rooms are suites, either one room or one-bedroom. Overall the stay was just fine and worked really well for a family of 4. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite. This had a separate bedroom with 2 double beds and... more
