This hotel is conveniently located to major highways, lookout mountain attractions, and Chattanooga. Awesome breakfast is included...waffles, bagels, cereal, eggs, donuts, etc. The pool and hot tub were clean, but a little too hot. The pool room was really stuffy when we were looking for an escape from the heat. The rooms were nice and also clean. We didn't have... more

I was booked into this hotel by an employer for a business-related stay, and there were several in our group staying here. I read the prior reviews with some concern and arrived ready to take notes for a negative review. Well, I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised on several counts. Check in and check out were both quite... more

We usually stay in a Mom and Pop Motel close to my sister-in-laws residence when we visit Chattanooga. This year it was out of business so we decided to try the Baymont. We were pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price for a three day stay and the great accomodations including a very nice breakfast. I always travel with a special... more

This was a last minute, walk-in decision for a single night stay. I chose them because of the perks on their sign. An indoor pool and jacuzzi, free high speed internet and 32-inch flat screen tv. Oh my, was I surprised. I should have used the free internet from the parking lot and checked this site before I went in... more

Working in the customer service industry I understand the meaning of making your customers happy. The Baymont Inn & Suites doesn't even come close to living up to that standard. I called in to make a reservation for a 3 night stay for a mini honeymoon. The woman who answered the phone "Ruth" was very unprofessional. She talked to me... more

I'm a little unsure of how to rate this hotel. I knew most of the hotels in this area were old and rundown but I was pleasantly surprised by this one - at first. It appeared to be clean and the renovated decor was actually very nice. Carpet and furniture looked very new. However, some of the clean towels were... more

My daughters school booked this hotel for her class trip. No one had ever stayed here before. Here's a run down of the problems we had. Booked 4 rooms too many and tried to charge us for them, a fire alarm went off and blamed our students which were no where near the alarm that was pulled. Charged us 108.00... more

We walked in with no reservation and got a King room with a chair and ottoman, fridge/microwave, large tv, large closet, but very small bathroom for $80 per night. The free breakfast was nothing to call home about but our stay was nice. We didn't use the pool area so no comments about that. We were there to see Ruby... more

In all fairness to the hotel....they recently renovated and the hotel is MUCH MUCH better now. I stayed there 2 years ago and it was horrible, but I just stayed there this week and it was so much better. It is under new management and is now ran effectively! They have a complimentary breakfast BUFFET in the mornings which is... more

We stopped overnight on our way to Indiana. I booked the room online at the last minute when we decided to bring our small, older dog with us. I booked a King room w/sleeper sofa (traveling with a 17 yr. old as well) and was informed the room had to be a smoking room (none of us are smokers) because... more
