Exactly what I expect from a Garden Inn…..nice rooms (nothing special), decent breakfast, and good service…. Now if you're expecting to have a bellhop at your beckon call, or valet parking well then this Garden Inn is probably not for you......but for a reasonably priced basic hotel it was just fine...... Other: The location is great…next to the Children’s Discovery... more

We have stayed here several times over the past few years ( for Riverbend). We have found everything to be clean and in good shape. The only thing that is a little screwy is the parking. The parking lot is run by a different company and each time I have tried to use the lot my room key refused to... more

We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Memorial Day weekend for one night. Location was convenient for all locations downtown including the aquarium--and other locations could be accessed easily by Chattanooga's free electric shuttles. Parking was $7.00--which included the day you checked in plus next day--which was reasonable as parking was $4.00 daily. The major complaint I had was the... more

This hotel was a perfect location for myself and family (2 kids--1.5 and almost 5). The staff went over and above to make sure our stay was great. We never heard "no." The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the indoor pool was fun for the kids. The morning breakfast was not cheap (about $10 per adult I think), but... more

So pleasant to arrive in time for a quick revisit of the Aquarium and then dinner at Tony's overlooking the Tennessee River under a full moon. Dinner was good even if no espresso coffee available and room was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet included made to order omelettes the next morning sent us happily on our way. EW more

We just arrived home from our weekend stay in Chattanooga and I must say that I was not at all impressed with our hotel stay. I booked the douuble queen deluxe because I did want a balcony option but for 149.00 a night I was most disappointed. The room was very small. The desk and chair in the room prevent... more

We live in Chattanooga and our son is in the Chattanooga Boy's Choir. I bid on a certificate for a night at this hotel at the choir's annual auction. My husband and I used the certificate on December 30th. The king room was clean and the bed was comfortable and cozy. We were greeted by a great staff. We walked... more

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. The room was spotless and very comfortable and the breakfast buffet satisfactory. The indoor swimming pool looked very nice although we did not use it. This hotel is in an excellent location and I would recommend it unreservedly for this reason alone. You are within walking distance of restaurants, bars etc... more

Nothing exceptional about the room but they were clean and very nice. Front Desk was very helpful and we ended up saving $7 on parking by parking on the street. We loved the location to downtown chatanooga and everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. more

My wife and I visited this hotel as part of a Bat Mitzvah / family reunion during the first week of August 2008. Our family booked a block of rooms here. We stayed 3 nights. The room was fabulous, breakfast buffet was yummy, and the location is convenient! Parking is easy as well, although it costs extra. There's also an... more
