I recently returned to Chattanooga, TN on a business trip. A few years back, I had stayed at this hotel once a month for the better part of two years for work. I found the hotel to continue to be as I remember it - a very friendly, courteous, accommodating staff; clean and comfortable rooms - everything that the business... more

The hotel is right in the heart of the tourist activities - aquarium. IMAX, Bluff View, Art Museum and waterfront. The parking is convenient and is charged to your bill and includes in-and-out privileges. The desk staff was friendly and engaging and allowed an early check-in without even being asked. They were also always friendly coming and going. The room... more

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I stayed for two nights. I expected the hotel to be crowded with families and children since it is directly across the street from the Aquarium, but I was pleasantly surprised. The swimming pool and whirlpool were virtually empty. I saw a few well-behaved kids, but I was relieved because I had heard... more

The location of this hotel just can't be beat and I would return for this reason alone. But the room was also clean and well taken care of. The only complaint I had was with the breakfast. It is just AWFUL! The food isn't replaced and there aren't enough tables. Even the toaster took forever to cook bread! Stay here... more

In general this Courtyard is not at the same standard as the one I stay at in Nashville. The beds are lousy, not what the Courtyard on West End (Nashville) has, nor what is advertised on TV for road warriors. The breakfast resturant was total chaos, no one seemed to understand what their job was, it took over 30 minutes... more

The location for this hotel cannot be beat. We took our three children to Chattanooga and walked almost everywhere we wanted to visit... the aquarium, the Children's Museum, and restaurants galore. The skatepark was only a short drive away for the boys, and we were a short distance from Rock City (See Rock City!) which we hit on our way... more

I booked a King room at this hotel for one night, with check in on 2/10/07. I looked around on a few websites, and ultimately got the best rate by contacting the hotel directly. We arrived an hour early for check-in, however our room was ready so they let us go ahead and check in. The front desk staff were... more

This hotel is very nice and in a good location if you are planning to go to the Chattanooga Aquarium and IMAX. Located close to the waterfront, there is a free bus that takes you around town. We had dinner at the Back Inn Cafe, which is within walking distance, and was very good. There is also a Gordon Biersch... more

We stayed at this location for 2 nights around new years with another family. We checked rates on line but booked by phone. First the good news. The location could not be better for the family attractions in downtown. Walking distance to the Art District, the Aquarium and the Creative Discovery Center. The view from our room was also excellent.... more
