The hotel is located directly downtown, within walking distance of several good restaurants and atttractions. Check-in took less than 2 minutes. My room had a very large, comfortable bed. Service at breakfast was quick, easy, and again the staff were superb. And of course, free high speed internet everywhere. more

We just returned from a weekend getaway in Chattanooga and decided to stay at the Marriott Downtown . We have stayed at the other Marriott in the Convention Center and would not recommend that location as it wasn't as nice of a property (not clean, and very dated) and also the location isn't as central to the busy downtown area.... more

My mom and I picked this hotel for a quick weekend getaway. The location is perfect!! There are several places within walking distance including restaurants, shops, and the Aquarium.
