Came for a "get away from it all" trip for sightseeing and change of pace....courteous staff, clean room and convenient to several great "spots to visit" Thanks Holiday Inn Express Lookout Mountain......we enjoyed our stay more

We stayed here for our anniversary and were exceptionally pleased with this hotel. We would definitely stay here again! The hotel was close to everything we wanted to see - Ruby Falls, Rock City, and close to downtown Chattanooga. The breakfast was great, and the fresh homemade cookies were a pleasant surprise as we came back in the afternoon. more

We plan to stay in this hotel 2 times each year as we travel back and forth from the North to the South. this holiday inn is very clean and affordable. i will stay at this hotel on all my trips to chattanooga. this is nice hotel with stores near by and nice breakfast served daily. more

After 8 hours in the car, was good to see a nice, clean room with large, comfortable bed. Got in late and left early, so did not do any sightseeing. The gentleman who checked us in was courteous and offered excellent suggestions for dinner. Breakfast the next morning was hot and delicious. more

WE did not know were this hotel was so we had to call. When we call they told us every thing we need to know. This was the best hotel I had seen in a long time more

The good things: Friendly staff, clean hotel and rooms, comfortable bed, great location, free wi-fi. Hot water and water pressure in bathroom were to die for. The bad: the hotel is right on the highway, and if you have a room on the back side of the hotel as we did (room 419) you can hardly sleep from the noise.... more

Room 405. After being up since 2 AM,flew to New Orleans,then drove to the hotel arriving around 8 PM (dead tired). The room was ice cold,fan on highest and coldest setting.Could not see out of the window because of condensation.There was a very strong milldew odour.We left the door open for awhile to warm up the room and air it... more
