Good: Very comfortable bed and luxurious linens, lots of ambiance Not so good: teeny-tiny room, lots of dust in corners, average breakfast. We had swarms of itty-bitty ants in our room. When I mentioned it on checkout, we got an apology. I would have preferred a room discount. more

Booked for three days arriving Sept 17. Room category was changed by the hotel management. Upon arrival, no valet service available for parking for 5 minutes./ If there is inclement weather, be ready to carry your own bag down a steep embankment and up the stairs by yourself. No help.
