The outdoor pool was dirty, like they don’t clean their filters. They also had an indoor pool, but it was down for maintenance. When we complained, they sent us next door to the “Comfort” Inn, which also had an indoor pool and reciprocal privileges. We went there. Pool hot! Spa cold! We sat in the spa. At least it was... more

I only stay at choice hotels so I know how good they usually are. I now know how bad they can be. We stayed two nights, I will explain both. The first night, the television was broken and would not work with a remote. I know it sounds trite, but hey for $70 and after a long day you want... more

Breakfast did not open until 7am on the weekends. We travel alot and get up early.....open the breakfast at 6am! Overall clean and nice....would not stay again because of the breakfast.....people had to wait in the lobby until some lady motioned for us to eat! It's about the paying customer....that's customer service. more

We arrived on Friday September 12 and the room we had requested was not available for the nights I had booked for so we settled for a room with 2 queen beds. The first room we were assigned we unload our car and when we were ready to go get a bite to eat we couldn't get the door to... more

It was a group of 15 people that evacuated from Louisiana during hurricane gustav. We drove from 11:30 p.m. saturday night and arrived at the hotel at 2:30 p.m. sunday just in time to check in. We were finished with the check in process, we had hotel keys in hand when the owner of the hotel ran in taking the... more

Yuck--not clean, disgusting mini fridge (moldy), microwave (also moldy, & greasy) Whole place stunk of mold/dirt. Sheets would not stay on the rock-hard bed. Pillows were also hard lumps. Bathroom--well, I've seen many cleaner gas station bathrooms. Breakfast--almost afraid to eat the food, based on the state of the sleeping accomodation. However, breakfast room was cleaner anyway. "hot" food was... more

Chose this hotel for the location. We were just passing through Chattanooga on our way to Pigeon Forge. We wanted to see Lookout Mountain/Ruby Falls. The hotel is a hop, skip, and a jump to this attraction. If sitting at the outdoor pool area, you can see the mountain. Lovely mountain views from the parking lots of the hotel. Easy... more

THE SCENE: My husband, dog, and I stayed here on January 12, 2006 during our roadtrip from Florida to Missouri. We chose this hotel because of it's convenient location near I-24, the reasonable price, it's pet-friendly, and breakfast is included. ARRIVAL: We arrived at 5:00pm without a reservation and we were surprised to discover they only had 1 non smoking... more

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. First, the hotel had a few bugs/roaches in the room here and there. No big deal. But the big deal is this: My mother came to visit on my 3rd night there. I got her a room adjacent to mine. It happened to be a king bed with jacuzzi. We... more
