The Mainstay Suites in Chatanooga TN was a great place to stay for a night. The rooms were big and spacious, comfy, soft beds and a nice kitchen for cooking away from home. There was even this nice red couch for hanging out on. There isn't any breafkast in the morning, but they are located next to plenty of great places to scope out.

Room was very clean. I had an updated room and I really liked the new colors! There wasn’t a breakfast but I understand since there is a full kitchen in the room. I was able to cook and nice omlet. They have 24/7 coffee in the lobby which was very much appreciated.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The girl at the front desk was very nice and patient when we had an issue with the key-card to our room. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean - the wifi is fast and stable. I got a good workout in in the fitness center too! Hotel is close to I75 and several restaurants - a great location, highly recommended!

We stayed her while at a softball tournament in town. It was an older room but clean. Couldn’t get the heat turned up the first night. So we called from the ball park the next day to have it checked. They said they would wait till we were in the room. Had to have maintenance man out. Showed us how we had to turn it past the heat button. Told him I was afraid to break it. He had room warmed up in no time. An the front desk lady gave us extra blankets. There was not even a continental breakfast. Guess I’m used to having some sore of breakfast especially when heading to ball park early.

This Hotel is in a bad part of Chattanooga. We were concerned when we pulled in the parking lot and saw quite a few homeless people lingering in the lot. Checked in, went to the room and turned around and checked out. The room smelled terrible, the floor was not clean in the bathroom and it was very dated. This was literally the worst hotel we have ever booked.

Great place for a couple of weeks or more. They have a full size kitchen with a nice island to do work. Very nice and clean. They clean your room every 7 days but can request more service. I also like how it’s an interior property. Definitely a nice and safe place!

Very noisy with a lot of questionable people in the parking lot. No breakfast. They snuck in their bull$@*t $2.00 per night safe charge and I left before I realized it. You can ask them to remove it and they will. First and last time especially for the price. I could have stayed in a much nicer hotel.

While the MainStay Suites in Chattanooga was an average hotel, the one important thing to note is that many of the rooms are very small. We rented a suite with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa that was way too small for 3 people. I was traveling with my mother and daughter. Except for the kitchen, the rest of the room was tiny. We actually had to get a hotel staff member to move the ottoman by the sofa actually out of the room to even open the sofa bed. This room does not have the capacity for more than 2 people. If we were ever to stay at the hotel again, we would get a much bigger room. I just wanted to warn others to avoid making the same mistake as the room that is listed for 4 people can not hold more than 2 people. The breakfast was lackluster, but they did have instant oatmeal so you could make hot oatmeal which was the only appealing breakfast option. I understand that hotels are working under COVID constraints with breakfast changes, but it is good to know about what will be served for breakfast ahead of your arrival.
