Easy to locate off the interstate. Hamilton Place area has a TON of restaurants and stores. Mall is also nearby. Kind of congested with traffic. Hotel itself was clean. Easy check in. Room and bed were very comfortable. Continental breakfast was ok. Only complaint was construction next door... a new Sheraton Four Points is going up. I was awoken at... More

The staff was very friendly, room was good, breakfast was standard continental with some delicious sausage. Great price made this hotel a good choice for my stay. No pool and hotel is pretty small, but for business this place is a good choice in a safe neighborhood.

Duh! Has no bathtub and you know you've picked a winner when your setting on the commode and see a drain in the floor in front of you, and thotat's not counting the one in the small shower either! Photos can be deceiving!

The beds were very comfortable; walk-in shower with very hot water; many restaurants across the street from motel and abundance of shopping nearby. The only draw back was no pool and no exercise room (men's softball team was staying here); the rooms had view of other buildings; breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs; cereal; yogurt; coffee, milk, apple & orange... We stayed here for one night on our way back from another location. It was late when we checked in (9pm), as we had been driving all day. I read from other reviews that the place was older and had been updated, so I decided to give it a try. The room decor looked nice, but it wasn't....stains on the... More

I stayed here two nights and checked in after midnight both times while on vacation. I stayed in room 201 the first time and 203 the second time. We were close by the elevator and ice machine but heard very little noise. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was awesome. The water was very hot and had great... More

Our lacrosse team stayed at this hotel the weekend of July 21, 2012. We were give the not so great rate of $79 a night. Most of the reviews say $40 a night - why were we given such a high rate when we rented at least 10 rooms? There is no pool. The rooms with two beds which are... More

3 story motel with inside halls, one elevator, contemporary décor throughout. No pool. Did not see an exercise room or guest business office, but they might be there. Check in took about 3 minutes. Desk worker was very friendly and very helpful with all questions even those having nothing to do with property. Tight parking lot, but easy access from... More

We bid on a hotel in the Chattanooga airport area and got this one for $40 per night. It's listing price is around $72. We stayed for three nights in June 2012. Although reviews seem to show that people were a bit dissatisfied with customer service- we didn't need any and had no problems (We left early and came in... More

It seems that hotels in Chattanooga are fairly pricey, so this hotel ends up being a good value for the money, even though it seems pricey for a Sleep Inn. The hotel itself is nothing to write home about, but is comfortable and safe (which cannot be said for all of the hotels in the airport area). The rooms are... More
