I have been traveling for over 30 years and this was the worst hotel! The room was hot, the elevator was broken so we had to carry our luggage to the 3rd floor. There was half eaten pizza crust and chips on the floor, the hair dryer didn't work, the beds were lumpy, the shower was a trickle and the... more

This hotel is located on a one way street. We missed our turn into the hotel as it comes immediately after exiting off the interstate. There is no back entrance. You cannot turn around and go back because this is a One Way street. You must go down the road about 1/2 mile to return. This was a big hassle.... more

We stayed at this hotel when we were visiting Chattanooga as tourists. We stayed for 2 nights and we chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool. On the positive side, our hotel room was clean, the linens appeared new and clean and the beds and pillows were fairly comfortable. (We had a room with two double beds for... more

We stayed here for just one night (thank God) on our way home from vacationing in FL. I thought the neighborhood was questionable, therefore we emptied our car of ALL our belongings which was a huge inconvenience.. The hallways were VERY warm, elevator had broken tile, room was small, even though it was a queen suite, bathroom was TINY. Room... more

Pros: Very friendly and accomodating staff Good rates Comfortable bed Heated indoor pool Cons: In need of renovations: wallpaper peeling, etc. No hot tub Housekeeping wasn't very good- some garbage in the trash can from previous guest. You get what you pay for with this one... we only needed a place to crash with the kiddos, we got just that. more

Skip this hotel until MAJOR renovations and upgrades are done. We arrived at the hotel and we were greeted by an empty desk. A "Will return soon" or "Be right back" sign was NOT posted and no where to be found. We waited nearly 15 minutes to no avail. We contacted the corporate reservations center. They contacted the hotel. Of... more

Cons: * Hallways REALLY hot, even in March * Our fridge didn't work and the man at the desk acted like we were stupid....... asked at first if we had turned it on??? Then when we indicated that we had, in fact, turned it on and additionally we had checked to see if it was plugged in.... he said he'd... more

I was a bit concerned about reviews as several said that it was not in a very good neighbourhood. It is directly on an interstate exit and the area is fine, but indeed there is nowhere to walk from the hotel. Reviewers complained about the maze of one-way streets, and it is a bit tricky the first couple of times... more

My husband and I, along with our 6 month old, stayed at this property for 3 nights. The hotel is exactly what I expected. It looks nice on the inside, but once you get in, it looks like a $60-$70/nt hotel. The paper was peeling off the wall in the bathroom and the sheets were older than me. The area... more

We had to settle on this hotel since the Riverbend Festival was in town and all the hotels downtown were booked. It was only going to be a 2 nighter but we ended up staying just one night. The bed was very uncomfortable, especially for my wife, who's had back surgery and still has lots of problems with it.The mattress needed replacing,I think....because it's... more
