Stayed here August, 2014. If I had to break down, I couldn't have asked for a better place for it to happen. Great location near Interstate, easy access. Great rates. My check-in/check-out was quick and efficient. Very nice staff. My room and bathroom both super clean, smelled fresh, carpet vacuumed, good quality towels, clean sheets, and comfortable bed. The tv... More

If you need a good stopover on I-81 between Knoxville and Tri-Cities, this hotel is excellent. It appears to be recently refurbished and everything in first-rate condition. Staff is friendly, roomy, comfy beds, the hot breakfast is good; good value for the price. And near a DQ if you need your summer Blizzard fix

Not a standout but acceptable. Rooms were clean and the bathrooms were clean. Room is overpriced for what you get and the area it's located in but needing a decent room this hotel is acceptable. Breakfast (free) was ok--get there early--not too late at least by 8-8:15AM to get something hot. It's a drive off the interstate and an effort... More

On our way home from visiting family in Pennsylvania, decided to give this chain a try. Bad mistake. On arrival, I asked the front desk lady if she knew why this chain charged for rollaway beds. First, she did not know what I was talking about. After explaining, she chuckles and says, "you just told me we charge. Do you... More

We have stayed at this hotel for the last few years for the August Bristol Race. We have never had a problem with anything. Always nice clean rooms, Including the restrooms. The breakfast is great. It is a very quiet hotel with a few fast food restaurants around. Now, enough about the amenities. Whatever you think this hotel may or... More

This hotel is now a Quality Inn which I booked on the Choice Hotels website; exterior signage has it as both Executive Inn and Best Western with only a small and unlit sign on the entry canopy indicating it might also be a Quality Inn. Based on my impression, I can understand why none of these chains might want to... More

I found this place after a long day of driving. They have rooms available. the rooms are clean and comfortable. The building looks a bit dated but the rooms are up to date. The quality of the baby is fine. I would stay here again.

Stayed here in April 2013 for 1 night after driving for 14 hours. I was not satisfied at all. I booked through the best western website and booked a room with a king bed and micro/fridge. When I checked in, I got a double queen room with no fridge. I was pretty disappointed at that, but I was able to... More
