Our stay was very good, was there for two nights on business. The Staff did everything they could to make our stay as best as possible. Everytime we stay things start looking better with all the improvements. more

While all the services were fine, there was just nothing special about it. Perhaps it's because I stay at hotels for convenience and to sleep in on business trip, not for the fun of a vaction. more

the hotel was clean but there is nothing for children to do, this hotel was booked for soccer tournament kids. There is no indoor pool or game room, we had to pay for a comference room to have a party for our girls on Saturday night. I felt like there were invisible signs saying no kids allowed. Hotel is not... more

I do not suggest staying at this hotel. The hotel staff is very rude (honestly, rude). The wireless internet did not work in our room. There is a desk and office chair, but the chair is way too short for the desk, making it useless. Also there was a large crack in the drywall of our room. That being said,... more

Stayed at this hotel for 5 days to attend training in the area. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. Had breakfast each morning in the restaurant and was greeted daily by the very pleasant host. She was nice to talk to and always gave you a big smile. The room was clean, comfortable (except that the heater ran even... more

I recently made a reservation to stay at this hotel. I was told when I made the reservation I had until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival to cancel if needed. Something did come up and I tried to cancel and was told I should have called 24 hours in advance instead of the same day. The manager had... more

We lived in Nashville for 18 years, but recently moved to Florida. We travel back to Nashville to watch the Titans play. We have now stayed twice in this hotel. It's actually located within 1 mile from our old home so it's convenient for us to visit our old "haunts". It's about a 20 minute drive from the airport and... more

This hotel was pretty good for the price that I paid for it. I got it through one of the name your own price sites and got it for around 70 bucks a night including tax. The good: the rooms were decent sized, nice bathrooms, quiet, and in a fairly good location. The bad: No drapes! We only had sheers... more

This has to be the worse property I have ever stayed in. I paid an unbelievable high corporate rate of $129 a night for a room that needed serious maintenance/remodel. The curtains had stains on them. The wallpaper was peeling away and the popcorn ceiling had mold growing on it. I would not expect this kind of horrible room in... more
