Informed manangement of broken A/C. They refused to change rooms. Said the contractor charged A/C and it should work-it didn't. What a HOT stay. They 'forgot' to set the wakeup call. Luckily had a backup alarm for an early morning plane. They arranged a taxi to the airport that never showed. What a classy place. more
