We booked this hotel through Expedia and thought we were getting a good deal. Showed up long enough to drop our bags and go out to eat. Got back and there were cockroaches all over the walls. Employee at the front desk said he couldn't give refund because we had been there two hours and my empty Monster energy drink... More

Was in Memphis this weekend and the hotels were booked solid. Ended up in Bartlett. From the outside and the surrounding area it seemed OK. Got key for 1st room, opened the door and it was obvious that someone was still in the room or the room hadn't been cleaned. When we returned tto the front desk overheard someone complaining about... It is a horrible place, stay away....we arrived late at night and at 1:30 am there were 15 people walking around the parking lot, we were concerned if we would still have a car in the morning, There are alot of lower income families that live there full time, we walked into a horribly small out dated room with handles... This place is DIGUSTING! One of the first sites my daughter and I see after stepping off of the elevator is a gigantic dumpster OVERFLOWING with trash! Right next to the rooms. The room itself is TINY with very little room to store anything.. absolutely ZERO space in the bathroom, plus there is not tub only a stand up shower... More

You get what you pay for. This hotel was about half the price of nearby hotels but... While it is generally clean it has a long way to go. The room we had is in badly need of paint with marks all over the walls. The bathroom is one of the worst I've seen with no place to put things... More

It is what it is. The rooms are very small if there are more than 2 people in them, but the 4 of us stayed for almost 2 weeks for less than 1/2 the price somewhere else. The room was clean. The stove, sink, microwave, and refrigerator worked so we didn't have to eat out every meal - saved us... More

The rooms are extremely small. It's very small for an extended stay. If you are claustraphobic, this would not be a hotel for you. First of all, I asked for a cart so I could take my things to the 3rd floor. They don't have one. Now I just out of my apt so I have a lot of things.... More

I read some of the other reviews, and am shocked at the negativity. I only imagine the hotel received these reviews and have since made a better effort. We stayed one night in May 2009 during a spur of the moment trip to Memphis. For the price, we found it to be excellent. Our room was very clean, the outside... More

This place is horrible. I'm sitting here now typing this out because it is so bad. Got the room on Priceline (shame on priceline for calling this a 2 star motel) - it is a NO star! Room is filthy, smells like cheap cigars, has bugs, stains, UGHH!! I don't have any faith using priceline for a 2 star hotel... More
