The carpet was damp, sticky, and turned our feet BLACK. The manager got a white washcloth, rubbed it on the carpet of A DIFFERENT ROOM, and it came up black. The manager, Randy McKinley, wrote in a letter to me that he "can get the same results on any carpet anywhere in any hotel or house." I have traveled extensively, and have NEVER had a carpet turn my feet BLACK. more

We were in town to attend an evening wedding. Came back to the room around 11:00 PM. Had traveled all day and was extremely tired. The entire hotel was in a party mood by 12:30. With yelling, slamming doors, running in the hallways. All this until well after 4:00 AM. No effort was made to quiet the guests. It was a very trying night.
The room was satisfactory, other than the shower has no place to set toiletries. Needless to say, my experience was less that desirable. Then we went to breakfast and mentioned to the waitress our experience, and she noted that is common practice for that hotel.
