This hotel was a relief from the cold weather outside. Let me say I'm from Texas so yes the weather there was a little below what I'm adapted to. Front desk staff was super fast, polite, and knowledgeable. I was able to check in on just minutes, and head to the room. There is a restaurant attached that is friendly,... More

Lovely hotel with pool, lovely atrium, great restaurant and on top of it all - they love dogs! Great value. The only downside is that you have to drive through Watertown from I29 to get to it. It's well worth the extra 3 miles.

We stayed 2 nights with multiple rooms (large family). The staff was really great (helpful) and answered our questions, recommended restaurants and asked about our activities. The common area is nice and we used it for eating our take out food all together. The pool was great for our kids since it wasn't too deep. Overall the hotel is kept... More

I stayed here in July 2014 for one night. I had to be in this far land for some reason. I am pretty ok mostly with what Best Western offers. Most of them and the plus gives a confort stay in a good accessible areas and good rates. This one has to grow up to claim the BW tag though.... More

Front desk night clerk's attitude was 'this would be a great job if I weren't bothered by guests'. Minerva's restaurant adjacent is outstanding, so next time we would stay elsewhere and drive to Minerva's. Hotel room shows dust along the wall because the vacuum does not get the last half-inch of carpet clean. The side entrance had cigarette butts nearby... More

It's not a terrible place, and the restaurant is first rate, but I found it sad that so many folks told us, "Oh, that's the BEST place in town!" I understand it's kind of out in the country, not a metropolitan area, but the main problem with the hotel is the original design. For the price the rooms are rather... More

It certainly seemed like it; I was given a class to find my room. There were all sorts of wings and corridors, but I finally succeeded. One thing that didn't help was the lack of an elevator. I would not advise this place for people who have any issues getting around. The room itself had all the needed items but... More

Basic hotel room at the lower end of the star scale. The room smelled a little musty, but was clean. The front desk people were very friendly and accomodating. The room is dated but acceptable for a nights stay. It is inexpensive, and you get what you pay for.

We stayed here for a business convention. This hotel is attached to the Watertown Event Center. The hotel portion is decent but there were areas that could certainly be improved. The main issue we had was a humming that we initially thought was an air conditioner. Turns out it was from up above the room and there was nothing we... More

I stayed at the hotel for business. the food at the restaurant was great but the drinks were over priced and watered down. I paid $6.50 for a pint of a draught beer. Wayy too much. the staff is very friendly. the hotel was clean. the rooms are outdated. my room had an air conditioner that sounded like a freight... More
